This website and member portal are provided by the Lake Santee Property Owners Association for the use of its members and the public. By using them you agree to these terms.
Member portal accounts are for the lot owner and the household members they authorize. Keep your login confidential. Content you post (classifieds, requests, messages) must be accurate and lawful.
Do not misuse the site, attempt to access other members' accounts, or post unlawful or abusive content. The POA may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
